Finding serenity in fly fishing, one day at a time
We run free fly fishing retreats for people in recovery. No experience needed, no gear to buy, nothing to pay — just a day on the water with people who understand, and a few hours where nothing else is asking anything of you.
Where we're headed next
Every retreat is free to attend. Pick a location, tell us you're coming, and we'll take it from there.

WAYS IN
Three ways to get involved
Some people come to fish. Some help run the day. Some pay for it so it stays free. All three keep this going — and the first is where most people start.

OUR STORY
Why we do this
Becca Sue Klein found her way to sobriety and found fly fishing at the same time, and understood that the two were connected. She started taking other people fishing. That was the whole beginning of it.
Becca passed away in January 2025. The work continues in her name, run entirely by volunteers.

“
The fishing was the part I was most looking forward to, but in the end it was the conversations and fellowship that filled my cup."

You show up.
We handle the rest.
Rods, reels, waders, flies, lunch, instruction — all provided. Most people who come have never held a fly rod. That's the normal starting point, not the exception.
